Join us on Saturday, November 1st at The Artist’s Lounge for another Create FLX’s brand new Flip for the Seasons Workshop – where one project covers two holidays!

What we’re making:
A 3-foot tall reversible wooden decoration – a happy scarecrow on one side for fall and a jolly snowman on the other for winter.  One side will make your porch festive for fall, the other will greet winter with a smile. Flip it over and change the season in seconds!

What’s included:     
•    Step-by-step painting instruction (no experience needed!)     
•    All supplies, paints, and brushes     
•    A variety of embellishments so you can make it uniquely yours

Start a magical holiday tradition with a one-of-a-kind Christmas Eve Box! In this festive workshop, you’ll design and decorate your own wooden crate — choosing between a smaller 12.5” x 12.5” crate perfect for a child or a larger 12.5” x 18” crate big enough for a single child, multiple siblings, or the whole family to share.

Your crate will be personalized with paint, bows, wooden snowflakes, festive cut-outs, decals, and wooden letters spelling “Christmas Eve Box” — plus the option to add your family name or your child’s/children’s names for that extra special touch.

And that’s just the beginning — you’ll also create a set of Christmas Eve essentials to tuck inside your box, including:     •     Snowman Soup (hot cocoa with marshmallows & a candy cane spoon)   •     Santa’s Magic Dust (sprinkle it outside on Christmas Eve — the shimmering dust helps Santa and his reindeer find your home)   •     Reindeer Food to scatter on the lawn for Santa’s helpers     •     A “Believe” Bell     •     Santa’s Magic Key (for homes without chimneys)     •     A Letter from Santa + a Dear Santa template (the template can be given to children earlier in December so they can fill it out in anticipation of Christmas Eve)
