*Refund/Cancelation Policy: A refund, store credit or class transfer will be given for individuals canceling with notice of 72 hours or more. Any cancelations within less than 72 hours of the event will receive store credit for half the cost of the event or a transfer to another class. Any cancelation in less than 24 hours and "no shows" will not be issued a refund, credit or a class transfer. To cancel a reservation, please call or text Jessi at (315) 651-3028.

*Registration & Payment: To allow time for material preperation and staffing, payment is due no later than 3 days before the event. Reservations that remain unpaid after this deadline may be canceled and the seat made available to another participant.
