Creative Kids:  Mushroom House

Step into a whimsicial little world with our Mushroom House!

During this Creative Kids painting event, young artists will be guided step-by-step as they create a colorful mushroom house complete with glowing windows, a cozy little door, flowers and plenty of fun details.  

Kids can follow along with our example and add their own creative touches to make their mushroom house completley unique!

Creative Kids events are designed with kids in mind, but all ages are welcome to paint!  Parents and other adults are welcome to register and create alongside their young artists, too.

Step into a moody autumn night of mystery and color.

On Thursday, October 1st, join us for A Crow’s Vigil — a striking seasonal piece featuring a watchful crow perched among golden harvest stalks beneath a dramatic, swirling sky of deep blues, reds, and ember tones. Bold, expressive, and a little haunting (in the best way), this painting captures that crisp October feeling when the air turns sharp and the world feels a touch more magical.

This artwork was originally painted in 2022 by Resident Artist William Clinton, who will guide you step by step through the entire process. No experience needed! Acrylic Pour Night:  Flip Cup Edition

It's been a while, but acrylic pours are back!  And you've been asking for them!

Join us for a fun, hands-on evening of color, creativity and a little bit of beautiful unpredictability.  Each particpant will choose their own colors and a recycled canvas from the available selection.  Then we'll mix our paints and lean how to create an acrylic pour using one of our favorite techniques - the flip cup!

We'll walk you through the process from mixing your colors to flipping, tilting and watching your painting come to life.  No two pours will ever be exactly alike, so you won't know quite what you're going to get until that cup is flipped!

Paint Like the Masters
A Four-Week Adult Acrylic Painting Workshop Series

Join us this summer for a creative four-week studio experience inspired by some of history's most influentuial artists.  

"Paint like the Masters" is designed to be more than a traditional paint night.  This beginner-friendly workshop series invites participants to explore acrylic painting techniques, artistic concepts, and creative expression in a relaxed and supportive studio environment.

Over the course of four weeks, participants will create master-inspired paintings while learning foundational artistic skills including expressive brushwork, blending, abstraction, color relationships, texture, atmosphere and composition.

Each session is inspired by the style and techniques of a different master artist:

• Week 1 - Vincent van Gogh
• Week 2 - Claude Monet
• Week 3 - Georgia O'Keeffe
• Week 4 - Pablo Picasso

Participants will create their own inspired interpretations while learning about each artist's unique approach to painting and design.  This series is intended to teach techniques and artistic concepts - not create exact reproductions of the original masterpieces.

We’ll guide you through painting your watercolor background before bringing your seaside scene to life with sea glass and natural coastal treasures.
